1. Introduction & Compliance

QUEUED ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy is designed to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa, the GDPR, and the official Platform Terms of Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following:

• Account Information: Email, name, and South African Business/B-BBEE details.
• Social Media Data: We access tokens, profile IDs, and media assets (images/videos) solely to facilitate scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Usage Data: Device information and "Metadata" to ensure platform security and prevent bot activity.
• AI Training Data: Text and brand voice samples are used to generate your content. We do not use your private content to train global AI models for other users.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the QUEUED "Authority Roadmap" and content engine.
• To publish content via official APIs (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok for Business).
• To verify B-BBEE and business compliance for local South African reporting.
• To manage your monthly ZAR subscription.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data only in these limited cases:

• Social Platforms: Only when you trigger a "Post" or "Schedule" action to Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
• Sub-Processors: Trusted partners for cloud hosting, payment processing (e.g., PayStack), and AI processing. All meet POPIA/GDPR standards.
• Legal: As required by South African law or CIPC regulations.

5. Platform-Specific Data (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)

• Purpose: We use "Standard Scopes" to read your profile name/picture and write media to your feed.
• TikTok Specifics: We access your TikTok "Video Upload" and "Read Profile" permissions solely to enable the QUEUED dashboard to display your draft videos and post them on your behalf.
• Revocation: You can disconnect any platform at any time via the "Connections" tab in QUEUED or through the respective platform's security settings (e.g., TikTok 'Settings and Privacy' > 'Security' > 'Manage App Permissions').
• Data Deletion: If you disconnect an account, we delete all associated access tokens from our database within 24 hours.

6. Data Security & Storage

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. As per POPIA, we ensure all cross-border data transfers (as our servers may reside outside SA) meet strict legal adequacy standards.

7. Your Rights (POPIA)

You have the right to access your data, request corrections, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator if you feel your rights have been infringed.

8. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts may be purged after 12 months. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
